Research Description

The Lee lab’s focus is to understand how oncogenic signals and tumor microenvironment control RNA modifications. We investigate signaling pathways that regulate RNA chemical modifications, and the crosstalk between RNA modification and cellular metabolism. We will uncover new, exciting links between signal transduction, metabolic pathways, and the epitranscriptomic landscape, inspiring novel therapeutic avenues for human diseases.
